THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case No.2525 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioners alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.12854 of 2017, dated 12.04.2017.

Vide above order, the learned Single Judge directed respondent Nos.1 to 7 therein to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 20.03.2017, and take appropriate action in accordance with law with regard to the illegal constructions alleged to have been made by respondent No.8 therein in deviation of the sanctioned plan. 3.

Alleging, non-compliance of the above order by the respondents, the present Contempt Case has been filed by the petitioner against the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after passing of the above order by the learned Single Judge, the respondents have initiated action for removal of the illegal constructions; and sought for a relief in the Contempt Case, that in the event the respondents do not

remove all the constructions completely, liberty may be given to the petitioner to file a Contempt Case afresh. 5.

Mr. K. Siddartha Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, did not dispute the above position. 6.

In view of above, this Court is of the considered view that the present Contempt Case may be closed as no further orders are necessary to be passed in the Contempt Case. However, it is open to the petitioner to revive the Contempt Case if any cause in the Contempt Case survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 8.
