This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 06.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.14 of 2017 in O.S.No.198 of 2011 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
