HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.3010 of 2017 O R D E R:

The instant Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/complainant against the docket order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool in general and not numbering the private complaint filed by the petitioner inspite of repeated compliances made against the similar type of objections taken by the Court, in particular.

Heard learned counsel for petitioner at length with regard to the office objections taken by the Court on several dates and successive compliances made by the petitioner/complainant. 3.

This Court is of the considered view that prima facie the complainant has made compliances of the repeated objections taken by the office of the Court. However, to clarify the issue, it is thought opposite to direct the trial Court to call the mater at Bench by fixing a date, on which, the counsel for the complainant shall submit the gist of his successive compliances made. Upon hearing of the learned counsel, the trial Court shall pass a reasoned order on merits with regard to taking cognizance of the private complainant. The entire exercise shall be

UDPR,J CRL.R.C.NO. 3010 OF 2017 completed within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by the trial Court.

With this observation, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
