This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2 seeking relaxation of condition imposed in the bail order, dated 31.10.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.3261 of 2018 in Crime No.206 of 2017 of PS, CCS, DD, Hyderabad, by the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, to the effect that "both the accused shall not leave the country without prior permission of trial Court and both the accused shall surrender their passports before SHO, CCS, DD, Hyderabad".

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that though a condition was imposed on the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2 by the Court below long back to surrender their passports, the said condition has not been complied with. Without complying the said condition, it is not appropriate to modify any conditions. Further, the Court below also made a similar observation and rightly dismissed the applications filed the petitioners/ A.1 & A.2, vide common order, dated 27.11.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.Nos.3548 of 2018 & 3550 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.3261 of 2018 in Crime No.206 of 2018 of PS, CCS, DD, Hyderabad. Further, it is brought to the notice of this Court that petitioner/ A.2 has not executed any personal bond as directed by the Court below. Under these circumstances, there are no merits to allow the application.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
