ORDER

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/de-facto complainant to direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sathupalli, Khammam District, to dispose of C.C.No.331 of 2016 on the ground that there are some other cases and that the accused is not cooperating for disposal of the cases. 2.

Heard both sides and perused the record.

By exercising power under Sections 482 and 483 of Cr.P.C., I deem it appropriate to issue a direction to the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sathupalli, Khammam District, to dispose of C.C.No.331 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order while giving preference to pre-2012 cases pending, if any. 4.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
