Heard.

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sathupalli, Khammam District to dispose of C.C.No.387 of 2016 on the ground that there are some other cases and that the accused is not cooperating for disposal of the cases. By exercising power under Sections 482 and 483 Cr.P.C, I deem it appropriate to issue a direction to the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sathupalli, Khammam District to dispose of C.C.No.387 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible, in the event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order while giving preference to pre 2012 cases pending if any.

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
