This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-3, for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.191 of 2018 of Tanuku Rural Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A-3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/A-3, without approaching the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C., filed this application. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to consider this application by this Court. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to dispose of this application on merits. The petitioner/A-3 is at liberty to file an application before the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C. if he chooses to do so. 4.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
