THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7361 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Kurnool in disposing of I.A.No.1606 of 2017 in O.S.No.183 of 2015.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge at Kurnool to dispose of I.A.No.1606 of 2017 in O.S.No.183 of 2015, which is filed on 21.10.2017, as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Senior Civil Judge at Kurnool is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.1606 of 2017 in O.S.No.183 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
