This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioner/A.7, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest in connection with Crime No.129 of of Bukkarayasamudram Police Station, Ananthapuram District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115 and 120-B IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.7, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

This is a second bail application. The specific and grave allegation against the petitioner/A.7 is that she eliminated her husband with the help of other accused in this case. This Court was pleased to dismiss the bail application vide order, dated 29.10.2018, in Crl.P.No.10639 of 2018. There are no changed circumstances as well as merits in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
