The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent remanded the case in Proceedings No.B/1295/07, dated 01-10-2007 by order dated 01-08-2015 in Case No.C/507/2012 to the 4th respondent for denovo enquiry. But as on today, the 4th respondent has not taken-up the issue and passed any orders. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to issue notice to the affected parties and after affording opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders in pursuance to the orders dated 01-08-2015 in Case No.C/507/2012 and take action accordingly, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
