- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.3233 OF 2018 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.01 of 2018 in W.P.No.30924 of 2018 dated 11.09.2018.

The interim order granted on 11.09.2018 is in two limbs. The first limb relates to passing orders on the representation dated 16.04.2018 and second limb is consideration for promotions.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that promotions are not taken up. Thus, second limb is not violated. With reference to the first limb of the order, respondents passed orders on 23.01.2019 considering the representation of the petitioners as directed by this Court.
