HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.44205 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents to in not considering the representation/complaint dated 26.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to take action against the illegal constructions made by the 5th respondent in H.No.9-7-215, 216 and 217 in Plot Nos.40 and 43, Sultanvalva, L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, contrary to the sanctioned plan, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 26.10.2018, seeking to take action against the illegal constructions made by the 3rd respondent over the subject premises, no action has been taken so far.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the respondent-authorities may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3, to deal with the representation dated 26.10.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to take action against the illegal constructions made by the 5th respondent over the subject premises, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
