Against the order passed by the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer in Rdis.No.50/2018/B(KRRC) dated 08.11.2018, petitioners filed revision in RC.No.4480/SA/KRRC/2018 before the 2nd respondent - Joint Collector. On the ground that the 2nd respondent is not entertaining the interim application seeking suspension of the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 08.11.2018, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for unofficial respondent No.5.
As the statutory revision is pending with the 2nd respondent, all the learned counsel submitted that the said respondent may be directed to dispose of the revision within certain time frame.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioners in RC.No.4480/SA/KRRC/2018, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of revision, interim order of status quo granted by this court on 06.12.2018, shall continue.
