Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had preferred Revision Petition under Section 166 B of the A.P. (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 Fasli before 2nd respondent which was numbered as Case No.1/673/2009 and that 2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue having sought time twice has stated that the said Revision Petition is not found and that 2nd respondent officials are searching for the same. 4.
Therefore, a copy of the Revision Petition, having been filed as Ex.P-1 in the Writ Petition the same, shall be communicated by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue to 2nd respondent, who shall then dispose of the same after issuing notice to 4th respondent within two months.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
