THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.7224 of 2018 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 29.10.2018 passed in I.A.No.1342 of 2018 in O.S.No.17 of 2014 on the file of III Additional District Court, Nandyal.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Court.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
