Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to handover Archakatva Turn (vanthu) to the petitioner in respect of Sri Santhana Venu Gopala Swamy Temple, Akkireddygudem, Nuzuveedu, Krishna District, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.11.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that representation dated 03.11.2018, made to the respondents seeking handover of Archakatva Turn (vanthu) to the petitioner in respect of the said temple, may be directed to the considered, at the earliest.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.4 would submit that the said representation would be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent concerned to deal with the representation dated 03.11.2018, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs. 6.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
