THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.13061 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are the A.1 and A.2 in P.R.C.No.20 of 2018 on the file of the XI Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, outcome of Cr.No.125 of 2016 of the Bowenpally Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 376, 313 and 506 IPC and Sec.4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act,1961, on the report of the 2nd respondent-defactocomplainant. The petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offences. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the I.A.No.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 in P.R.C.No.20 of 2018 on the file of the XI Addl.Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
