HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 4 2 5 0 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 21.12.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "It is submitted that the petitioner has given a report, dated 27.10.2018, with Jagadgirigutta P.S., Cyberabad stating that he is having 2 sons by name Naveen and Karthik. His younger son Karthik was in love with one K.Princy, D/ o.Rayappa, since four years and decided to marry her. However, 15 days back, his younger son happened to see his lover moving with another boy and when he asked her about the said behaviour, she told that she can move with any one as per her with. Vexed with the same, his younger son committed suicide by hanging with the help of bed sheet in his room on 27.10.2018 at 04.00 hours. The petitioner requested to take necessary action in the matter as per law.

It is submitted that based on the above report, a case in Cr.No.640/ 2018 u/ s.174 Cr.P.C., dated 27.10.2018, was registered and took up for investigation.

It is submitted that during the course of investigation, the complainant was examined and recorded his detailed statement. Later, visited the scene of offence situated at H.No.27-75, Road No.9, Subash Chandrabose Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Cyberabad, and caused enquiries. Then secured the presence of two mediators and conducted scene of offence Panchanama and drawn a rough sketch of the scene. After that, made a request to the RMO/ DMO of Gandhi Hospital, to preserve the dead body for post-mortem examination.

It is submitted that the investigation in the above crime is at preliminary stage. It is submitted that fair and impartial investigation is conducting in the matter. No malafides can be attributed to the same. It is submitted that during the course of investigation, all the factors will be taken into consideration. It is submitted that after completion of investigation, appropriate report will be filed before the concerned Court.

It is submitted that, during the course of investigation, on 27.10.2018, the petitioner was examined and recorded his detailed statement. The Police also examined the petitioner's wife Smt.Chinna Bathini Baby and one neighbour Smt.Nirjogi Padma and recorded their statements. Therefore, it is not correct to contend that the Police have not examined the petitioner and not recorded his statement. It is submitted that, during the course of investigation, the 6th respondent will also be examined and her statement will be recorded. It is submitted that, as stated above, the investigation in the above crime is at preliminary stage. It is submitted that, fair, impartial and unbiased investigation will be conducted in the crime. The petitioner need not entertain any doubt with regard to the investigation."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Jagadgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 21.12.2018, with a further direction to the respondent-Police authorities to complete the investigation, as expeditiously as possible.
