Learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the Office of the Advocate General for the State of Telangana, submits that the person for whose benefit, this Writ Petition has been filed was arrested in connection with the offence in Crime No. 410 of 2018 on the file of Afzalgunj Police Station. He was presented before the jurisdictional Magistrate and has been remanded to the judicial custody.

3. This submission is recorded and the Writ Petition is closed without prejudice to other proceedings.
