This writ petition is filed aggrieved by non-disposal of representation dated 28-06-2018 made by the petitioner for issuance of supplementary Sethwar by making sub-division of the land in Sy.No.455 admeasuring Ac.3-17 1⁄2 guntas situated at Laxmipuram Village, Burgamahad Mandal, Khammam District.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the representation in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
