O R D E R

The present revision is by the garnishee. When the matter was listed before this court on 24.01.2018, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent raised an objection with regard to maintainability of the revision, as the garnishee is not the affected party. Then the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions from his client. In these circumstances, this court posted the matter for orders. On 12.02.2018, when the matter was listed under the caption of 'orders', the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time. Today when the matter is listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks time.

The impugned order was in pursuance to the attachment order passed against judgment-debtor and the amount lying with garnishee was sought to be called and to be deposited to the credit of the suit. It is not known why the garnishee is seeking to set aside the impugned order, when the original judgment debtor has kept quiet. I do not understand in what way garnishee is affected by impugned order.

In view of the same, I do not find any reason to entertain the revision and the same is accordingly dismissed.
