This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action on the report submitted by the 4th respondent dated 28.06.2017 and 13.07.2017, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to stop illegal constructions being made by the respondents 6 to 10, forthwith, in Sy.No.260/2 of Maligivaripalle, H/o.Maddinayunipalle Village, Molakalacheruvu Mandal, Chittoor District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that action is already initiated and appropriate steps will be taken.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
