THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.2657 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Ravi Mohan, counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Labour.

The instant contempt case is filed complaining disobedience of the order dated 30.03.2017 in W.P.No.27213 of 2003. This Court directed compliance of directions within a period of three (03) months. The contempt case is filed complaining firstly disobedience and secondly inaction by the respondents.

After being satisfied with the prima facie case, the contempt case was admitted.

The contemnor is present on 23.01.2018 as well as today.

The learned Government Pleader places on record the proceedings No.G2/452/2018, dated 29.01.2018 reporting compliance with the direction issued by this Court. The respondent incidentally has brought to the notice of the Court that the reference could have been made only by the Commissioner and at the earliest point of time, he has forwarded the material for decision. The explanation offered by the respondent is considered and accepted.

Accordingly, Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
