This writ petition is directed against the notice dated 17-11-2018 issued by respondent No.2, wherein the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. The said payment was directed in the context of the petitioner being bound over for good behaviour on 17-11-2018 for a like sum. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has allowed WP.No.41354 of by its order dated 19-11-2018 in similar circumstances. The same is not disputed by learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 06-12-2018 Note:
