HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.44307 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard.

2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Certiorari calling for records by holding the action of the third respondent, without notice rejecting the quarry lease application of the petitioner concerned in proceedings No.3963/Q3/2016, dated 23.05.2017 to an extent of Ac.490.27 in Survey No.1, Chennupalli village, Ballikuruva mandal, Prakasam district, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the revision dated 29.03.2018, made by the petitioner seeking reconsideration of the rejection order of the Deputy Director of Mines and Geology, Guntur, at the earliest. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the said representation would be dealt with, in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent concerned to deal with the revision application dated 29.03.2018, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs. 6.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
