We have gone through the impugned order, which relates to appointment of respondent No.6 as Anganwadi Worker. Going by the material papers, the learned Single Judge has noticed on facts that the writ petitioner - appellant scored lesser marks than respondent No.6. We do not see that the learned Single Judge was unjustified in doing so. Therefore, the Writ Appeal fails and is dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, stand closed.
