HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44440 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent Nos.4 to 6 in amending port of registration from Hyderabad to Vishakapatnam and the revalidation of the import/ export licence, the petitioners have come up with the above Writ Petition.

Heard Ms.K.Mamatha, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for respondent No.5.

The application for amending of port of registration in the licence, was made by the petitioner on 22.05.2017. It is still pending with respondent No.6.

Since more than 18 months have passed, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.6 to consider the application dated 22.05.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
