HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.4 4 3 8 3 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, the written instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 21.12.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions read as under: - "At the outset, it is submitted that Alwal Police are not interfering in civil disputes much less between the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 8 herein. The Alwal Police are also not calling the petitioner and making him sit hours together in the Police Station. The Alwal Police are also not harassing the petitioner herein. The said allegations are false, baseless and hereby denied. It is further submitted that the respondents No.

6 to 8 herein have not given any report and no case is registered at their instance against the petitioner herein and as such Alwal Police calling the petitioner and harassing him and interfering in civil disputes does not arise. The allegations in para that the 5th respondent started harassing the petitioner on a complaint given by the respondents 6 to 8 by extending aid and support to them and the 5th respondent indirectly entertain civil disputes are false, baseless and hereby denied. It is submitted that the respondents 6 to 8 have not given report against the petitioner and the 5th respondent is not extending any support to them. It is denied that at instance of respondents 6 to 8, the 5th respondent is summoning the petitioner.

It is submitted that as stated above, the 5th respondent is not interfering in civil disputes and not summoning him to the Police Station at the instance of the respondents 6 to 8."

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Station House Officer, Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, dated 21.12.2018, with a further direction to the respondent-Police authorities not to

interfere with the civil disputes unless the same is permissible, in accordance with law.
