The case of the petitioner is that she is owner and possessor of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.0-50 cents in Sy.No.237/2 of Ganapavaram Village, Nadendla Mandal, Guntur District having acquired the same under registered settlement deed document bearing No.2167 of 2018, dated 13-04-2018 executed by her husband by name Nannapaneni Sreenivasa Rao and he was issued pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the same. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner made an application on 19-05-2018 along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act,1971 (for short " the Act") for issuance of E-pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in Form VI-A, in

accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
