ORAL ORDER:

The order under challenge is one made under Section 62 of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 (for short the Act). Against the order of the Authority under Section 62 of the Act, appeal shall lie under Section 76 of the Act to the Cooperative Tribunal constituted under Section 75 of the Act. Since, Cooperative Tribunal is constituted headed by District Judge rank officer, which is effective and efficacious remedy, Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal as provided under Section 76 of the Act. No costs.
