The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4, in not extending the lease of the petitioner in respect of the Community Hall, situated at Chalasani Nagar, Krishna Lanka, Vijayawada, for a further period of three years at the enhanced rent of 33 1/3 %, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M. Balaji, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4. The main grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his representation dated 18.11.

2015 for extending the lease in respect of the Community Hall, situated at Chalasani Nagar, Krishna Lanka, Vijayawada, for a further period of three years at the enhanced rent of 33 1/3%, is pending consideration before the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent may be directed to take steps to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 to 4, would submit that the 3rd respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 18.11.2015 of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent, to deal with the representation dated 18.11.2015, submitted by the petitioner seeking to extend the lease in respect of the Community Hall, situated at Chalasani Nagar, Krishna Lanka, Vijayawada, for a further period of three years at the enhanced rent of 33 1/3%, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned.

Till such time orders are passed, the respondents shall not take any action against the petitioner. In case, any order is passed against the petitioner rejecting his application, it is always open for the petitioner to avail the remedy available under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
