The criminal petition is disposed of requiring the learned Magistrate to dispose of the old cases i.e., C.C.Nos.377 of 2012 and 439 of 2014, if possible by simultaneous trial, preferably within four months, and so far as C.C.No.390 of 2018 concerned, if it can take up simultaneously can take up and otherwise consider for early disposal subject to other preferences.
