This Company Application is filed for an order toi. take the half-yearly accounts for the period from 01.04.2016 to 30.09.2016, along with Audit Report dated 10.10.2017 submitted by M/s.Murthy and Kanth., Chartered Accountants on record and permission be accorded to make payment of audit fee.

Order that the cost of this application do come out of the funds of the company.

In support of this application, the learned counsel for Official Liquidator stated that as required under Section 462 of the Companies Act, 1956, he is enclosing the half-yearly accounts for the period from 01.04.2016 to 30.09.2016 and Audit Report dated 10.10.2017, submitted by M/s.Murthy & Kanth., Chartered Accountants, appointed as Auditor, pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 02.01.2017 in C.A.No.1683 of 2016.

It is further submitted that as there are no adverse comments on the Statement of Accounts, the half-yearly account and Audit Report may be taken on record and that the payment of audit fee would be made in accordance with the orders of this Court dated 02.01.2017 in C.A.No.1683 of 2016.
