When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri M. Sarat Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for redressal of their grievance. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
