Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in trying to demolish the house structures of the petitioner to an extent of 0.02 cents in Sy.No.92/18 at Kusalapuram village, Etcherla Mandal, Srikakulam District, this writ petition is filed.

Heard Sri M.Viswanadham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

Learned Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent submits that they will follow due procedure before taking any action against subject property.

Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the petitioner's house without following due process of law.
