HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE Dr. B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6582 & 6638 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner before admission and perused the impugned orders and the grounds urged in the revisions.
In fact C.R.P.Nos.6390 & 6394 of 2017 were disposed of, which were maintained against the orders in E.A.SR.No.489 of in E.P.No.22 of in R.C.No.7 of and E.A.SR.No.490 of 2017 in E.P.No.21 of 2016 in R.C.No.6 of 2015 respectively dated 09.11.2017 and the order dated 21.11.2017 reads as follows:
"Heard.
There is nothing to admit the revisions by interfering with the orders of the lower Court.
Hence, both the revisions are disposed of before admission with a direction to the lower Court to dispose of any applications pending in the E.P. of the Judgment Debtor within two weeks from today. In the meantime, existing status quo shall be maintained. However, it will not give any right in deciding the applications but on own merits."
Having regard to the above, as the present two revisions maintained against the orders in E.A.SR.No.482 of 2017 in E.P.No.17 of 2016 in R.C.No.2 of 2015 and E.A.SR.No.488 of 2017 in E.P.No.19 of 2016 in R.C.No.4 of 2015, these two revisions are also disposed of before admission with a direction to the lower Court to dispose of any applications pending in the E.P. of the Judgment Debtor within two weeks from the date of receipt
Dr. SSRB,J of this order, if not already disposed off pursuant to the earlier direction supra. In the meantime, existing status quo shall be maintained. However, it will not give any right in deciding the applications but on own merits.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
