HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.44478 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 5th respondent in not releasing the mortgage deeds/bonds of petitioners lands to an extent of Ac.0-39 guntas of agricultural land in Sy.No.196 of the 1st petitioner, Ac.0-39 guntas of agricultural land in Sy.No.219 of the 2nd petitioner and Ac.0-39 guntas of agricultural land in Sy.No.219 of the 3rd petitioner situated in Thadoor Village, Cherial Mandal, Warangal District, presently in Siddipet District, inspite of the loans obtained by them for purchasing the said lands are waived off by the 1st respondent, as has been confirmed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings issued in the year 2010.

Heard Sri A.Madhava Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2, 4 and 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court, in similar circumstances, allowed WP.No.24590 of 2015, dated 13-11-2015.

In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also allowed. The respondents are directed to release the mortgage bonds/deeds to the petitioners in respect of subject lands by issuing clearance letters within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
