The only grievance of the petitioner is that her application dated 02.04.2018 for regularization of house site patta bearing Plot No.25 in Sy.No.31, admeasuring 243 sq.yards, situated at Vidyanagar, Adilabad Town, Adilabad District, is not considered as per G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014.

Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner is pending before the respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the application of the petitioner dated 02.04.2018 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014, within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
