It is the case of the petitioner that she made a representation on 05-07-2018 to the 1st respondent for regularization of her land admeasuring Ac.0-30 guntas and Ac.0-18 guntas in Sy.Nos 71/10/1 and 71/11/1 of Thimmapur Vonti Mamidi of Mulugu Mandal, Siddipet District. As the same is pending for consideration by the competent authority and the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 30-12-2014.
