Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Forest.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not taking action on the representation dated 15.06.2015 made by the petitioner seeking extension of time for removal/cutting of two trees existing in the premises of H.No.16-2-751/93/A/2/1/C, situated in Survey No.47, Sairam Colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad, as per the proceedings in Rc.No.1864/2015/S4-A, dated 29.04.2015 and dated 30.05.2015, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader would submit that in view of the change in the procedure, the petitioner has to make a fresh application online, complying with the requirements, in which event, the authorities shall consider the same. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the submission made by the learned Government Pleader. 5.

Having regard to the above, without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh online application, complying with the requirements of law, enclosing all the necessary documents, in which event, the authorities concerned shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
