HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 44694 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in not stopping the illegal construction made by the respondent Nos.9 to 11 in Plot No.6, admeasuring 184 square yards, plot No.7 admeasuring 186 square yards in Sy.No.46 situated at Ward No.9, Block No.10, Roshandowla Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by canceling the building construction permission vide Permit No.3/ C23/ 07350/ 2018 dated 27.04.2018 and Permit No.3/ C23/ 07351/ 2018, dated 27.04.2018 as illegal and arbitrary. 2) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 24.11.2018, made in this regard.

3) Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent, would submit that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ

petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 24.11.2018, made by the petitioner bringing to the notice of authorities about the illegal constructions made in the subject property, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs. 5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
