THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.13121 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioners, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with the report filed by the de facto complainant before the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent-State brought to the notice of this Court that no criminal case is registered against these petitioners.

Under these circumstances, the Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad, shall not take any coercive steps against these petitioners.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
