HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON Nos.44236, 44256, 44390 and 44459 of 2018 ORDER:

Since the petitioner, subject matter and the impugned order involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by this Common Order.

Admittedly, petitioner in all these writ petitions, has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned refusal order dated 16.11.2018 passed by the 3rd respondent. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain these writ petitions.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal. No order as to costs.
