This Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 13.04.2017, passed in W.P.No.6486 of 2007.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein instructed her to withdraw the Contempt Case and therefore, sought permission to withdraw the Contempt Case.

Permission is accorded.
