It is the case of the petitioners that he made a representation on 10-09-2018 to the 2nd respondent for grant of E-pass books, as he was already issued pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of land admeasuring Ac.12-00 guntas in Sy.No.124 situated at Mansanpalli Village fields, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
