THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 44508 of 2018 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the order dated 06.10.2018 passed by respondent No.2-Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority refusing his application, dated 22.09.2008 seeking regularisation of plot Nos.41 and 43 admeasuring 500 square yards each in Survey No.145 situated at Narsingi Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under the Land Regularisation Scheme notified in terms of G.O.Ms.No.902, Municipal Administration and Urban Development (M1) Department, dated 31.12.2007.

Though the petitioner has raised several grounds challenging the impugned order, considering the fact that there is an appeal provided to the Appellate Committee constituted in terms of the above said G.O., the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal. In the event of there being no Appellate Committee constituted at this point of time and inasmuch as after the issuance of the above said G.O., G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, was issued notifying and constituting an Appellate Committee, respondent No.1-State of Telangana may consider the appeal to be filed by the petitioner and place before the Appellate Committee constituted in terms of G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015 so as to give a quietus to the dispute in issue.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:25.04.2019 kdl
