This writ petition is filed aggrieved by non-disposal of representations dated 25-07-2017, 01-10-2018 and 26-112018 made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds in respect of subject land situated at Kothuru Village, Ammapalem Village, Vemsur Mandal, Khammam District Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that the petitioner has to make necessary application under form VI-A as per the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to file necessary application. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make necessary application under form VI-A along with necessary documents in support of his claim and on such application, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
