Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representations dt.18.09.2018 and dt.14.11.2018 to the 1st respondent for re-engagement of his services as a Multipurpose Worker in the 1st respondent's School and that the 1st respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

Sri Uma Shankar Lokanadam, Standing Counsel appearing for 1st respondent states that the 1st respondent will dispose of the said representations within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representations dt.18.09.2018 and dt.14.11.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
