HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6618 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The only grievance of the petitioner in the CRP is non disposal of IA.No.24/2017 in OS.No.6/2017 which is filed for grant of temporary injunction pending suit.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though notices are served to all the respondents, the matter has been adjourned from January, 2017 onwards.

In view of the same, the Court below is directed to dispose of IA.No.24/2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the CRP is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 24.01.2018 t k
