Heard Mr.Ajay Kumar Kulkarni holding for Mr.B.Narasimha Sarma for the applicant.

The applicant substantially prays for condoning 374 days delay in filing a claim in Form No.66 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 (for short 'the Rules'). Mr.Anil Kumar, having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit, does not oppose the prayer for condoning the delay and further submits that Official Liquidator is prepared to receive the claim and consider the same on merits. The statement is placed on record.
